1. ELIGIBILITY: COLLIDER Contest (the 'Contest') is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are over the age of 18 that have access to the Internet at all times during the Contest and prize-award period unless otherwise specified by COLLIDER (the 'Sponsor'). Non-US residents over the age of 18 may enter unless expressly prohibited by local regulations and law. All employees of COLLIDER, all associated agencies and each of their sales representatives, distributors, or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as 'Contest Entities'), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Contest. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Terms. No purchase necessary - a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at July 24, 2017 9:00AM (EDT) and ends at August 6, 2017 11:59PM (EDT) (the "Contest Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period.
3. CONTEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Contest Period, you may submit an entry form online. Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Contest Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address/email address or more than one person uses the same address/email address.
4. PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant's name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, 'Licensed Rights') in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. Where necessary, the Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within twenty four (24) hours of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Prize winner must be available for promotional display and presentation between August 6, 2017 11:59PM (EDT) to August 7, 2017 11:59PM (EDT) or will forfeit prize to next winning entrant.
5. SELECTION OF CONTEST WINNERS/ODDS: The potential Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held after August 6, 2017 11:59PM (EDT). Winners will be selected from entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner's entry within twenty four (24) hours after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor's discretion, be randomly selected.
6. PRIZES: The winners will be awarded 'Dunkirk' IMAX poster was signed by writer/director Christopher Nolan, actors Harry Styles, Mark Rylance, Fionn Whitehead, Barry Keoghan and Jack Lowden and producer Emma Thomas; the prize pack includes a backpack, pocket watch, gold-plated paper weight with compass and magnifier. IMAX has also included a two-pack of Hollywood Movie Money.. Prize will be delivered after August 6, 2017 11:59PM (EDT). The Prize will be delivered to the winning entrant's address or, at the sole option and discretion of the contest Sponsor, to a recipient designated by the contest winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. All taxes and other charges are responsibility of the winner. No substitutions allowed. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely the winner's responsibility.
7. ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter the Contest by mailing a standard-size postcard with your first name, last name and email address to: TicketLabs Inc., 151 Charles Street West, Suite 100, Kitchener, ON, N2G 1H6, Canada. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Contest Period.
8. GENERAL TERMS: By entering or participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Contest Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any website operated by the Contest Entities; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; (c) violating these Official Terms or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general terms of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Contest Entities are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Contest or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Contest information.
9. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold COLLIDER and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Contest or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Contest or use or redemption of the prize.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal information collected through the Contest is subject to TicketLabs Inc.'s Privacy Policy, located at https://app.hive.co/privacy/. By entering the Contest, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.

By entering and participating in Collider’s Dunkirk Prize Pack Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any noncompliance with the Official Rules will result in your Entry being deemed ineligible. PLEASE READ THESE RULES.
This Sweepstakes is void outside the territory specified below and where prohibited by law.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
Sweepstakes Entry Time. The Sweepstakes will begin on 9:01 AM EST on July 24, 2017 and end on 11:59 PM EST on August 6, 2017 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock shall be the official timekeeper.
Eligible Participants. Only individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states and D.C. are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, or Ticketlabs Inc. d/b/a Hive, and their respective household members (whether or not related) and immediate family members (regardless of place of residence), are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entries from ineligible individuals will be rejected by Sponsor.
In case of any dispute as to participant identity, the authorized account holder of the account used to enter a participant’s Entry shall be deemed the participant.
Sponsor Decisions. Sponsor’s decisions regarding these Official Rules shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who: (1) does not comply with these Official Rules; (2) tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or the operation of any websites or systems used to administer the Sweepstakes; or (3) who otherwise acts to or attempts to act to disrupt the Sweepstakes or undermine the Sweepstakes’s legitimacy in any way. If Sweepstakes operation or administration is impaired or thwarted in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud or technical problems, Sponsor may in its sole discretion: (1) terminate the Sweepstakes; (2) suspend and/or reschedule the Sweepstakes; or (3) modify these Official Rules in order to accommodate the impairment or disruption.
How to Enter.
You may enter by: (1) going here and (2) logging into your Facebook account according to the instructions. You can earn additional entries by logging into your Twitter, Instagram, and/or Google account and following/subscribing to Collider’s Twitter, Instagram, or Youtube channels/feeds via the Sweepstakes sign-up page instructions. You may only sign up a maximum of one (1) time during the Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) Entry for logging in via Facebook, and will receive one (1) additional Entry per each of Collider’s Twitter, Instagram, or Youtube channels/feeds that you follow/subscribe to during the Sweepstakes.
You should only submit Entries from one account. Do not create multiple accounts or use automated methods to enter multiple times, as such Entries will be disqualified.
PRIZE.
Sponsor shall award one prize package (collectively, the “Prize”) consisting of: • One (1) cast and crew signed and framed Dunkirk poster (ARV$150) • One (1) Faux Leather Roll Top Backpack (ARV $60) • One (1) Silver Pocket Watch (ARV $50) • One (1) Gold Plated Paper Weight with Compass & Magnifier (ARV $99) • Two (2) pack of IMAX Hollywood Movie Money (ARV $43)
Total ARV of all Prizes: US$402. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Odds of Winning
Sponsor will select one (1) winner.
A potential winner(s) will be chosen via random drawing by Sponsor from a pool of all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be held on or about July 10, 2017.
The number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor determines the odds of winning.
If due to a printing, production, or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no even will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
Winner Conditions. Sponsor will notify potential winner(s) via direct message or email on or around July 10, 2017. Potential winner(s) will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release Form (except where prohibited) (collectively, “Winner Form”) before receiving the Prize. If a potential winner fails to respond, or fails to execute the Winner Form or refuses to do so within three (3) days of receiving notification from Sponsor, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and time permitting, disqualify the potential winner and select a replacement. The Prize is not transferable or assignable. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions of Prizes will be allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner shall be solely responsible for all taxes associated with the Prize. Sponsor shall not reimburse Winner for any costs or expenses associated with participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.
Winner Publicity Release. By accepting the Prize, you grant permission to Sponsor, Hive, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and to their respective affiliates, licensees, and assignees (“Licensee Parties”) to use your name, likeness, other personal characteristics (including personal social media account details), and Prize information for any purpose, including advertising and marketing materials, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in all forms of media now known or later invented without further compensation, and you waive all rights to notice or approval of such uses.
Participant Indemnity and Release. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Licensee Parties harmless against all claims related to: (1) your participation in the Sweepstakes; and (3) your acceptance of and use of the Prize. You also agree that the Licensee Parties are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from your participation in the Sweepstakes or from your acceptance and use of the Prize.
DISCLAIMER. ALL PRIZES ARE PRESENTED “AS-IS.” SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AND REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PRIZE’S QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Errors. Sponsor is not liable for typographical or other errors in these Official Rules, the processing of Entries, in winner selection, notification, and announcements, or in any other material related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, network failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to any systems associated with the Sweepstakes.
Lost, Late, or Incomplete Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, garbled, or misdirected entries, including, without limitation, entries, messages, emails, or mail that are lost or incomplete due to computer or electronic malfunction or due to issues with internet connectivity.
Participant Information. When you enter the Sweepstakes, you may be required to provide certain types of personal information, such as your name and email address. You will be providing your personal information to us and to Ticketlabs Inc.; if you login via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Google/Youtube you may also be providing personal information to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Google, which will be governed by the Privacy Policy of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Google. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. Your personal information may be shared with third parties as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes; in addition, it may be used for other purposes as further described in our Privacy Policy and in Ticketlabs’ Privacy Policy . By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such sharing of your personal information. Your personal information may also be used to contact you in connection with the Sweepstakes in a variety of ways, including via direct message or email. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to receive such communications.
No Waiver. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any part of these Official Rules shall not constitute waiver of that part.
Governing Law. These Official Rules shall be governed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its choice of law principles.
Sponsor. Complex Media, Inc. is the sponsor (“Complex,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” “us”) of the Sweepstakes. Complex’s address is 1271 Avenue of the Americas, 35th floor, New York, NY 10020.
